我们通过 20 个例子综述了作为广义子流形的变流形（varifold）概念，重点讨论带有平均曲率的积分变流形的正则性，同时将先备知识降至最少。积分变流形是研究面积积分泛函变分理论的自然语言，例如当考虑维数至少为三的平稳（或稳定）曲面的存在性或正则性，或光滑子流形序列在面积与平均曲率界下的极限行为时。
