我们为第一个 Heisenberg 群建立如下 Bernstein 型定理：设 S 是一个 C^2 连通 H-极小曲面，且为某平面 P 上的图，则 S 要么是一个非特征竖直平面，要么其广义种子曲线满足一种常曲率条件。
