Hg基超导薄膜霍尔电导率的温度标度行为

摘要

研究了磁场平行于c轴时HgBa_{2}CaCu_{2}O_{6+\delta}和HgBa_{2}Ca_{2}Cu_{3}O_{8+\delta}薄膜的霍尔电导率。这些化合物的混合态霍尔电导率可由\sigma_{xy}=C_{1}/H+C_{2}+C_{3}H很好地描述。前因子C_1在T_c附近呈现C_1 = A(1-t)^n的温度依赖形式,其中t=T/T_c为约化温度。与先前结果相反,C_2也遵循类似于系数C_1的温度标度行为。观测到的n值为1.8-2.3,与YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-\delta}和La_{2-x}Sr_{x}CuO_{4}先前观测到的值相当。
