摘要
近来所谓 SIC-POVM：秩 1 对称信息完备正算子值测度备受关注。本文讨论更大的 POVM 类，它们对称且信息完备但不必为秩 1。此类 POVM 具有独立的兴趣。特别地，它包含一个与离散 Wigner 函数密切相关的 POVM。然而其有趣主要在于它为构造秩 1 对称信息完备 POVM 问题所提供的启示。在此联系下我们导出了一个不同于 Renes 等人所得的另一极值条件。
