这是关于无限退化情形下平方和与亚椭圆性三篇系列论文中的第二篇。我们给出了n维欧氏空间上正半定N×N矩阵函数F的各元素应满足的尖锐条件，其中F的行列式仅在原点消失且F可与其对角矩阵比较，使得F是C^2,δ向量场平方的有限和。我们还考虑了稍更一般的分解，其中单个拟共形项不必是平方和。
