摘要
本文为综述论文，无证明地总结了作者近期关于优化中强度量次正则性（SMSR）性质的研究成果。文章针对三类带约束优化问题——数学规划、变分法和最优控制——给出了与必要最优性条件集相关联的最优性映射具备 SMSR 的充分条件。这些条件基于相应优化问题的二阶充分最优性条件，保证了数据的微小变化仅导致最优解和拉格朗日乘子的微小变化。
