螺旋 Peyrard-Bishop DNA 分子模型解的稳定性分析

摘要
本文采用螺旋 Peyrard-Bishop DNA 模型。我们使用连续近似求解动力学运动方程，得到沿链方向传播的螺旋孤立波。我们证明，虽然亚声速螺旋孤子是稳定的，但超声速螺旋孤子则不稳定。此外，我们通过表明在无黏性情况下不存在任何稳定波来显示黏性的重要性。
