微纳尺度下单DNA分子附近水的流体行为受何支配

摘要
以单DNA分子为模型系统,研究了微纳尺度下水的流体行为。利用水流生成了跨度约一微米的稳定弯曲DNA图案,并通过原子力显微镜观察。通过严格比较数值模拟结果与这些图案,表明宏观流体动力学方程的形式在纳米尺度流动中仍定量适用。然而,分子效应仍然明显,邻近水的有效粘度显著大于其体相值。我们的观察也有助于理解溶液中生物分子从纳米尺度到微尺度的动力学。
