微机械膜中机械耗散的光谱学研究

摘要
我们测量了氮化硅膜振荡器机械品质因子(Q)的频率依赖性，并观察到Q值超过两个数量级的共振变化。通过激光局部加热，基模机械模式的频率可逆调谐高达40%。观测到Q值中的几个明显共振，可归因于与膜框架模式的耦合。在共振之外，背景Q值在测量范围内与频率和温度无关。
