摘要
在光滑但无其他约束的初始条件下构造了 Navier-Stokes 方程的光滑解，以正面解决千禧年流体问题。光滑解是一般弱解的均值，并等价地表征为熵产生最小化解。构造过程在一个有限周期立方体中进行。
