半经典统计力学

摘要
我们使用半经典近似推导一维量子统计力学中任意势的配分函数，将其视为一点处的有限温度标量场论的例子。我们借助灾变理论(catastrophe theory)分析相应路径积分的极值模式。我们给出了不同极值背景下的传播子，并用其计算涨落行列式，发展出一种(非微扰的)半经典展开，从而允许计算关联函数。我们讨论了单势阱与双势阱四次非谐振子例子，以及我们的结果对更高维的启示。
