我们给出了随机变量系统拥有与[0,1]区间上Rademacher系统分布等价的缺项子系统的充要条件。特别地，每个一致有界的正交规范系统都具有此性质。此外，任意由N个函数组成的一致有界有限正交规范集包含一个与相应Rademacher函数集分布等价、具有“对数”密度的子集，且常数与N无关。我们利用随机变量系统关于多项式的尾部分布与L_p-范数之间的联系。我们还使用这些结果来研究某些Banach对偶的K-闭可表示性。
