Poschl-Teller 双环形库仑势中的散射振幅与热力学性质

摘要
我们得到了任意自旋轨道量子数 K 下带有 Poschl-Teller 双环形库仑（PTDRSC）势的 Dirac 方程的精确解。研究了在该势场中自旋 1/2 粒子的相对论散射振幅。波函数用 K/2Pi 尺度上连续态的超几何级数表示。还给出了相移公式。在非相对论极限下，我们的 Dirac 系统解收敛于 Schr"odinger 方程的解。在高温下，计算了配分函数以研究某些热力学性质的行为。
