线性电子与振动系统中局域化长度的标度关系——长程相关无序的研究

摘要
研究了长程相关无序链中电子波函数和振动态的局域化长度。在 Anderson 模型中，针对能带边缘附近 developing a 接近能带边缘的标度理论，并通过数值模拟得到支持。该标度理论在小频率下映射到振动情形。结果表明，对于小频率，局域化长度在相关链中比在无相关链中更小。
