摘要
我们报道了一种通过改进的熔体生长方法可重复合成Cu插层Bi2Se3超导体的方法。避免产生具有比Bi2Se3更高熔点的Cu2Se，并在液相淬火Cu-Bi-Se混合物，是以可重复方式获得良好超导样品的关键。
