摘要
我们考虑一个一般生态-流行病学模型的随机扰动。我们证明了全局随机吸引子的存在性、易感猎物的持续性，并给出了感染个体与捕食者同时灭绝的条件。我们还讨论了相应随机流行病学 与捕食者-猎物模型的动力学。对于这些情形，我们得到了全局随机吸引子，证明了易感者/猎物的优势地位，并给出了感染个体/捕食者灭绝的条件。
