摘要
生产监控系统在生产在线时使用实时数据。实时生产监控系统被设计为通过显示板自动收集和监控数据的手段。本研究侧重于通过生产趋势分析和原材料过度消耗控制，分析实时生产监控系统在钢笔制造行业中的过度消耗问题。所采用的方法是通过工艺流程图、数据收集、数据分析。进行了前后对比分析以识别导致过度消耗的因素，并确定了造成过度消耗的因果因素，从而通过引入生产监控系统将消耗成本降低58%。
