摘要

工作是有意义的丰富来源。然而，除组织变革外，有意义工作研究领域中的多数方法忽视了工作相关技术增进意义的力量。本文以两个案例为例，提出了一种福祉驱动的工作相关技术设计方法。尽管我们的案例取得了积极结果，我们认为将技术用作增进职场意义之手段仍处于起步阶段。
