理论预测,探测孤立的马约拉纳零模会在零温下揭示量子化为 的隧穿电导。实验上,预期会出现零偏峰(ZBP),其高度应在相关参数调节下保持稳健,形成量子化平台。在此,我们报道在薄 InAs-Al 混合纳米线器件中观测到较大的 ZBP。通过扫掠栅极电压和磁场,ZBP 高度可维持在接近 处,大多在 容差以内。我们进一步绘制相图并在相空间中识别出两个平台区域。尽管存在无序和量子点,我们的结果构成了确立马约拉纳零模的一步进展。
