马约拉纳零偏压电导峰的标度律

摘要
我们报告了一项实验研究,内容是在由外延半导体-超导体异质结构制备的一维结构中,与马约拉纳零能模兼容的零偏压电导峰随磁场、隧穿耦合和温度的标度行为。结果与理论一致,包括峰值电导与隧穿耦合成正比,在 处饱和,随场依赖的能隙如预期般减小,并在温度与隧穿耦合的无量纲比值上坍缩为一个简单的标度函数。
