利用强耗散引线抑制Andreev束缚态零偏压峰

摘要

混合半导体-超导体纳米线被预言承载Majorana零模,表现为隧穿电导中的零偏压峰(ZBPs)。然而,由于同一系统中普遍存在的Andreev束缚态,仅凭ZBPs尚不足为证。此处,我们在InAs-Al纳米线器件中引入强阻性正常引线,并显示大多数对应零能Andreev束缚态的预期ZBPs可被抑制,此现象称为环境库仑阻塞。我们的结果是该耗散相互作用对Andreev束缚态影响的首次实验演示,并可作为未来Majorana搜寻中收窄ZBP相图的可能滤波器。
