SuperCDMS HVeV 检测器性能:亚 eV 能量分辨率与单电荷灵敏度

摘要
我们对新一代无热声单电荷灵敏 Si HVeV 检测器进行详尽表征,其中最佳样品实现了 612 meV 4 meV 基线分辨率。亚 eV 能量分辨率使我们能够精确测量单光子事件,揭示其能量损失为 0.81 eV 0.03 eV 每个电荷激发。我们证明这些检测器的噪声可由标准过渡边缘传感器噪声模型描述。我们也给出 45% 的本征声子收集效率上限,确立这些检测器目前为最高效的无热声检测器,仅受制于准粒子生成的固有限制。
