摘要
我们展示了一款低温声子敏感1克硅探测器的设计与表征,其利用Neganov-Trofimov-Luke效应探测单电荷激发。该器件在无晶体偏压时实现2.65(2) eV声子能量分辨率,在100 V偏压下对应0.03电子-空穴对的电荷分辨率。借助连续读出数据采集系统与离线最优滤波器触发,我们获得了9.2 eV阈值,触发率约为20 Hz。探测器能量标尺利用基于脉冲面积的能量估计器标定至120 keV。该器件的高性能使其可应用于需要优异能量分辨率、低阈值与大动态范围的领域,包括暗物质搜寻、相干中微子-核散射的精密测量以及电离产额测量。
