摘要
本文报告了利用能量边沿传感器 (TES) 检测 100 eV 动能范围内电子的能量分辨率研究。TES 为 Ti-Au 双层结构,有效面积为 ,临界温度约为 80 mK。电子源基于位于低温器内的垂直排列多壁碳纳米管,通过场发射产生电子。对于动能在 (92 - 99) eV 范围内的电子,我们获得完全吸收电子的高斯能量分辨率为 (0.479 0.041 0.055) eV。考虑到峰值全宽半高 (FWHM),对应的分辨率为 (1.44 0.17 0.27) eV。前者相对于先前结果提升了 (46 - 60)%,主要归因于减小 TES 有效面积。后者则超过 20 倍,主要归功于减小电子源发射面积,这显著抑制了电子在靠近 TES 附近的背散射。这些结果标志着低能量电子高精度光谱的重要里程碑,这是 PTOLEMY 实验的关键目标之一。
