近期搜寻亚 GeV/ 暗物质实验在其各自能量阈值附近观测到了事件超出。尽管因具体技术而异,所测得的超出事件率一致被报道在几百 eV 的事件能量及以下,或具有几个电子-空穴对的电荷。本工作中,我们在一块 1 克硅 SuperCDMS-HVeV 探测器上施加晶体两侧三种电压(0 V、60 V 和 100 V)进行操作。0 V 数据显示在数十 eV 区域存在事件超出。尽管存在该事件超出,我们展示了设定具有竞争力的、关于质量 MeV/ 的暗物质与核子弹性散射自旋无关截面的排除极限的能力,这得益于探测器在 0 V 电势下运行以及实现了极低的核反冲 eV 阈值。通过比较晶体两侧 0 V、60 V 和 100 V 电势下获取的数据,我们探究了观测到的低能意外事件的可能来源。数据表明,该超出的主要贡献与探测器支架中所用印刷电路板的假设发光一致。
