低能背景与两通道低阈值热力学探测器中的多余噪声

摘要
我们描述了在基于过渡边沿传感器的两通道硅无热声检测器(375 meV基线能量分辨率)中观察到的低能 excess (LEE) 事件、背景事件以及噪声。我们测量了两种不同的 LEE population:一种是“共享”多通道事件,其脉冲形状与基板无热声事件相符;另一种是亚 eV 级事件,几乎仅耦合到单个通道,脉冲形状显著更快。这类“单事件”与位于铝无热声收集鳍片内的事件相符。类似地,我们测得的探测器噪声高于理论预期。测得的噪声可分为无相关分量(符合小能量沉积于无热声传感器本身的散粒噪声)和有相关分量(符合硅基板声子系统中能量沉积的散粒噪声)。
