面向高速高效硅光电二极管的光陷阱微孔结构优化

摘要

我们针对波长 800–950 nm 下的快速硅光电探测器,在薄板中优化了微孔结构。研究表明横向模式是实现有效光陷阱的原因。微小的无序性与锥形孔形状有助于在宽波长范围内实现均匀的量子效率。
