摘要
对于一类关于控制变量线性的特殊平面动力学系统，我们证明了在控制的 预算约束下，反馈策略“null-singular null”能够使某坐标在无限时间区间上的最大值最小化。此外，我们将最优代价表征为预算的函数。证明基于对 clock form 的一种非寻常运用。该结果将先前针对 SIR 流行病学模型获得的结果推广至更一般的 Kolmogorov 动力学，并在其他生物学模型上进行了说明。
