摘要
硫铟锂(LiInS)是一种新型非线性硫族双轴材料,透明范围为0.4至12 m,已成功生长出大尺寸且光学质量良好的晶体。我们报告了与激光和非线性光学应用相关的新物理特性。与AgGaS(e)三元黄铜矿材料相比,LiInS表现出近乎各向同性的热膨胀行为、大5倍的热导率以及高光学损伤阈值,并且具有极低的强度相关吸收,允许从近红外到深中红外的直接高功率下转换。首次报道了钛宝石激光源的连续波差频产生(5-11m)。
