摘要
斑马鱼模式生物数据库（ZFIN）提供了一个关于斑马鱼基因组、遗传、发育和表型数据的网络资源。目前使用四种不同的本体将数据注释到最具体的术语，以促进种间数据的更好比较。此外，本体用于帮助用户更快地查找和聚类数据，而无需知道术语的确切技术名称。
