摘要
Ondex 是一个为支持系统生物学研究而开发的数据集成和可视化平台。其核心是一个基于两个主要原则的数据模型：首先，所有信息都可以表示为图；其次，图的所有元素都可以用本体进行注释。该数据模型符合语义网框架，特别是 RDF，因此 Ondex 作为可以利用语义网的平台具有理想定位。
