动物发育与生命阶段本体的构建与统一

摘要

随着基因组学的新时代到来,越来越多动物物种可进行大规模数据生成。这促使了新的多物种本体涌现,以注释和组织这些数据。尽管这些工作已较好覆盖了解剖学与细胞类型,但发育与生命阶段信息对于动物数据的注释同样关键。其缺失会妨碍我们回答比较生物学问题并解释功能结果。我们在此呈现了面向 21 个动物物种的发育与生命阶段本体集合,并将它们合并为一个通用的多物种本体。该工作使得 52 个动物物种的转录组学数据得以整合与比较。
