人类细胞图谱的细胞类型与本体

摘要
大规模单细胞分析工作加速了我们对人体细胞组成的发现，同时也提出了将这一新知识形式化的需求。在此，我们回顾了当前用于协调和整合不同细胞类型与状态注释来源的细胞本体工作。我们通过实例说明，统一的本体如何能够巩固并推进跨科学界和生物学领域对细胞类型的理解。
