摘要
众所周知，当 和 为复平方 Hermitian 矩阵时， 和 相似。在本注记中，我们通过证明当 为 Hermitian 矩阵且 为正规矩阵时相似性可能不成立，回答了 F. Zhang 的一个问题。或许令人惊讶的是，当 为半正定且 为正规矩阵时，相似性确实成立。
