在论文“量子物理之下是否存在约当几何？”（Int. J. Theor. Phys., 待发表; arXiv:0801.3069 [math-ph]）中，广义射影几何被提议作为量子理论几何表述的框架。在本注释中，我们通过讨论量子理论的进一步结构特征来完善这一命题：与结合性对合代数的联系，以及与约当-李代数和李-约当代数的联系。相关的几何是结合代数上的（厄米特）射影直线；其公理化定义和理论将在后续与 M. Kinyon 合作的工作中给出。
