该常数是trigonometric polynomial $c_0+c_1e^{it}+c_2e^{2it}+c_3e^{3it}$ 的系数模之和 $|c_0|+|c_1|+|c_2|+|c_3|$ 的最大值，其由模为 1 的系数组成。其数值仍未知，但我将呈现一些计算思路并描述一个显著的极值函数鞠形。
