最近 't Hooft 证明了'对于任何量子系统，至少存在一个确定性模型，在预量子化后能够重现其全部动力学'。本文给出了一个扩展，覆盖了由一组完全对易的厄米算符（'实在量'）表征的量子系统。我们引入了实在量的对称性：任何一组实在量都与其通过实一般线性群变换得到的任何其他组等价。特定集合的量子数与确定性模型中的对称性破缺初值和边界条件相关联。哈密顿量尤其可以被取为涌现实在量，它为模型宇宙演化的分辨提供了最佳手段。
