摘要

我们考虑一个一般确定性矩阵在 $N\times N$ Wigner 矩阵特征向量上的二次型，并证明在 $N$ 很大的极限下，对每一个体本征向量它都具有高斯涨落。证明结合了受 [Marcinek, Yau 2020] 启发的 Dyson 布朗运动的能量方法以及我们近期的多分解局部定律 [Cipolloni, Erdős, Schröder 2020]。
