复合量子系统中本征态的总能量倾向于在其各组分间均等分配。我们在由 Wigner 矩阵线性组合构成的最简单无序量子系统中，识别了围绕这一均分原理的量子涨落。作为主要工具，我们证明了具有任意形变的 Wigner 矩阵体态特征向量的一般二次型的本征态热化假设与高斯涨落。
