本文是关于非交换几何与共形几何系列文章的一部分。在本文中，我们重新表述了共形几何中的局部指标公式，以纳入共形微分同胚的作用。我们还构造并计算了一整类全新的与共形微分同胚相关的几何共形不变量，其中包括与等变特征类相关的共形不变量。本文的方法涉及使用非交换几何的各种工具，如扭曲谱三元组 (twisted spectral triples) 和循环理论。其中一个重要步骤是建立 Connes-Moscovici 的共形 Dirac 谱三元组的 Connes-Chern 特征的共形不变性。然而，最终本文的主要结果均以纯粹的微分几何方式陈述。
