摘要
本文提供了单项和双项形式的新求和不等式，用于具有时变延迟的离散时间系统的稳定性分析。通过在一类具有区间时变延迟的线性离散时间系统的框架下，基于线性矩阵不等式建立较不保守的稳定性条件，展示了新推导不等式的潜在能力。通过学术和实例证明了所推导稳定性条件的有效性和最小保守性。
