摘要
我们考虑具有独立上三角元素的随机 Hermitian 矩阵。Wigner 半圆律表明在某些附加假设下，经验谱分布收敛于半圆分布。我们在 Lindeberg 条件等自然假设下，以矩阵元素的方差刻画了向半圆分布的收敛。该结果推广到某些元素具有无穷二阶矩的矩阵。作为一个推论，给出了以行和依分布收敛于标准正态分布式来刻画半圆收敛的另一种刻画。
