摘要
考虑 NS 方程（二维与三维）在大尺度上受固定外力作用的情形；其稳态构成依赖于参数 R（雷诺数）的流体速度场上的概率分布族。本文提出，其他方程可能通过一种与统计力学热力学极限下局域可观测量正则系综与微正则系综平均的重合（此处提议对应于正则化方程的紫外截断 N 趋于无穷的极限）极为类似的机制，精确导出相同的分布。
