MORCIC:集成电路电磁模型的模型降阶技术

摘要

模型降阶(MOR)对集成电路的设计过程至关重要。具体而言,从物理版图中提取的电磁模型中包含大量无源RLCk元件,这加剧了所分析电路的提取时间、存储需求,以及最关键的版图后仿真时间。MORCIC项目旨在通过提出性能优于商业工具的新MOR技术来克服这一问题。对包含数百万元件的多个模拟和混合信号电路的实验评估表明,与ANSYS RaptorX提供的黄金ROM相比,所提方法在保持相似精度的同时,生成的ROM小了5.5倍。
