摘要
我们给出了二阶矩阵值U-统计量的Rosenthal型矩不等式。作为推论，我们得到了关于U-统计量的新的矩阵集中不等式。我们的主要技术工具之一，即针对Rademacher混沌谱范数的非交换Khintchine不等式的一个版本，可能具有独立的意义。
