摘要
作为第一作者与F. Nier先前工作（2009）以及第二作者近期在环面上工作（2019）的延续，我们考虑R d上带外电磁场的Kramers-Fokker-Planck算子（KFP）。我们利用向量场多项式算子的幂零方法和幂零分次李代数的诱导表示，给出了该算子的极大型估计。该估计给出了KFP算子闭包定义域的最优刻画以及预解式紧性的判据。
