摘要
本工作为基因组中从稳定平衡出发的分岔提供了数学基础。我们构建了与基因组相关的理想化动力学。针对该动力学，我们研究了从稳定平衡出发的两种主要分岔。最后，我们给出了Repressilator和Toggle基因线路的数学框架。
