摘要
我们证明了 Laplace 特征函数在远离其节点集时的 质量集中性质，将 \cite{GM3} 中的近期结果推广到所有维数，并对 \cite{JN} 中的结果给出了轻微改进。作为推论，我们能够在高频 regime 下一致地导出尖锐的 Wasserstein 不确定性原理，证明了 \cite{St1} 中的一个猜想。
