高迁移率 2 维电子系统在电磁波激励下的磁阻响应

摘要
考察了在电磁波激励下，对高迁移率 GaAs/AlGaAs 2 维电子系统中所观察到的电阻振荡随辐射频率和功率的变化。利用基于指数衰减正弦波的经验线型，进行拟合分析。拟合结果表明：电阻振荡频率 F 随辐射频率 n 的变化率为 dF/dn = 2.37 mTesla/GHz；在固定功率下，衰减参数 a 大约与 n 不变；在恒定温度和频率下，振荡幅值 A 随入射功率缓慢增长。该线型似乎能很好地描述数据。
