单色和双色辐射下二维电子系统中的磁阻振荡

摘要
利用适用于高载流子密度系统的磁输运平衡方程方法，在低至100 G的宽磁场范围内，分析了由频率为31 GHz和47 GHz的两个辐射场诱导的高迁移率二维电子系统中的磁阻振荡。研究表明，频率混合过程很重要。预测的峰位、相对高度、辐射强度依赖性及其与单色电阻率的关系与最近的实验结果[ M. A. Zudov {\it et al.} Phys. Rev. Lett. 96, 236804 (2006)] 吻合良好。
